Shannon Stofer
Performing Arts Physiotherapist
Shannon has been a practicing physiotherapist in British Columbia, Canada for over 25 years, treating clients with orthopaedic and neurological conditions. She also holds an Associate Diploma with the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto, in piano, since 2005. In 2022, she was able to combine her two passions by completing a Master's of Science degree in Education and a Graduate Certificate in Performing Arts Medicine from Shenandoah University. She is now able to offer physiotherapy services for performing artists experiencing injury as well as workshops in healthy habits and injury prevention.
Shannon is a member of the Performing Arts Medicine Association (PAMA) and participates in continuing education in this specialized area of practice.
